Cancellation policies:
Cancellation policies:
• After the accommodation reservation is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds do not apply.
• It is possible to request rescheduling, complying with the established deadlines, see rescheduling policies.
• Unused nights are not refundable or reschedulable.
• In case of not showing up at the hotel (No-show), without prior notification, a penalty of 100% of the reservation applies.
Rescheduling policy:
• It is possible to modify or reschedule at least 7 days before your arrival, otherwise a charge equivalent to the value of the first night of the reservation will be applied.
• The amount deposited in advance will be applied to the rescheduled reservation within the next 6 months from the rescheduling confirmation date.

• In case of rescheduling the reservation to a date of greater demand, a rate difference will be applied and will depend on availability.

CONDITIONS & VALIDITY
• Rates include VAT.

All guests must present their respective ID upon check-in. People without documentation cannot be accommodated.
• Room location is not eligible, you are reserving a room type, which may differ in interior design from another of the same type.
• BREAKFAST: Served in the restaurant from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. After this time the menu will be attended to.
• Total payment for accommodation for confirmation of the reservation (CTA. CTE. or CCI, BBVA) Only reservations are confirmed with movements of 100% *
• Family bungalows do not come with an equipped kitchen.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

The Hotel has two areas, both divided by a small path or track:
• Family Bungalows Area: it is located in the first row, 30 meters away from the sea, it has a 15-meter pool. The bungalows
They are rented WITHOUT KITCHEN, you can check availability to equip it (additional cost).
• Room Area: it is located in the second row in a platform-shaped area (hill or hill) 150 meters from the sea with a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, it has a 25-meter pool, 01 bar and our service restaurant with our exclusive wood-fired pizza.

If the corresponding data is not indicated, a ticket will be generated without a name and without the possibility of changing/cancelling the document.
